10 Signs Your Relationship Might Be Unhealthy

The following signs are red flags that your relationship is not healthy for you and it may be time to reevaluate the relationship all together.

Sometimes I feel like I'm treated as an object.

I spend too much time thinking about the way I'm treated in this relationship.

I have lost interest in things I used to like.

I feel like I'm being intimidated or forced into doing something I don't want to do.

There have been times I have felt unsafe or have been afraid of what my friend might do to me.

I have been threatened with words or physical force.

There have been times I was forced or my partner had attempted to force me into doing something sexual by threatening to end the relationship.

My friend gets extremely mad at things and takes it out on me or others.

My friend makes excuses for what he or she has done.

My friend makes fun of me frequently, and often in front of other people.
