Dr. Hauser brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our team. She previously served as the Associate Athletic Director of Clinical and Performance Psychology for the Omaha Athletics Department at the University of Nebraska, where she integrated mental health and performance support for all Maverick athletes.

Her work included providing psychological services, mental skills training, team building, and leadership development for athletes, coaches, and support staff, with a focus on a holistic approach to mental health and performance.
Prior to her tenure at UNO, Dr. Hauser dedicated 15 years to the Center for Behavioral Health and is well-acquainted with Boys Town. She served as the Assistant Director of Training, specializing in mental health care for older adolescents, emerging adults, and student-athletes across the Omaha community. Her approach emphasized evidence-based practices to support emotional and psychological well-being, fostering resilience, coping strategies, and mental wellness for young people facing complex challenges.
